FOOT CARE

PEDIATRIC FOOT CARE
Many foot problems can be prevented very early in life. Through our children's program, we help adolescents maintain the firm foundation needed for growth and development.

ADULT FOOT CARE
Changes to the foot structure come about maturity which often may cause corns, bunions and other ailments. Through our adult foot care program, we help prevent many of these ailments from disrupting work or recreational routines.

We provide care for Adults and Children ( including infants):

TREATMENT
OPTIONS

MEDICAL TREATMENT
Many foot problems such as ingrown nails, infections, warts and skin conditions can be effectively treated with special medications, topical creams, minor procedures or by laser.

ORTHOTICS
Specially-fitted orthotic devices provide a conservative solution for those afflicted with structural and muscle weaknesses. When worn, the orthotic relieves abnormal stress on the foot, ankle, legs, hips and back, thus allowing for normal function and movement. We offer a variety of specialty orthotic's that are customized to individual lifestyles.

FOOT AND ANKLE SURGERY
Dr. Yarnevich specializes in all types of surgery for the foot and ankle. He performs both plastic and reconstructive surgery in the Canton area. He believes in conservative health care, and only after all other alternatives are exhausted does he recommend corrective surgery. When surgery is necessary, Dr. Yarnevich performs the type of surgery that will most effectively remedy the condition while minimizing pain and discomfort.

A wide range of specialized foot care services are available to virtually all walks of life. We thoroughly conduct comprehensive and accurate diagnosis using technologically advanced X-ray equipment and vascular analyzers. This sophisticated approach affords us the opportunity to isolate the exact location of the problem and then develop an individual treatment plan which may include one or more of the following steps:

  • Surgical correction
  • MRI
  • Vascular testing
  • Shockwave therapy
  • Neurosensory testing
  • Orthotic therapy
  • Blood work-up studies
  • Biopsy testing
  • Hospital consultation
  • Second opinions
